Accounts and Eligibility
- You must ensure the information provided during registration and purchase is accurate and kept up to date.
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not share account access.
- Use course materials for personal learning only.
- Be respectful in community spaces.
- Do not upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Services.
- Do not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems.
Content and Intellectual Property
- All course videos, texts, images, and materials are protected by copyright and other IP rights.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for your own learning.
- Reproduction, redistribution, public performance, or resale is prohibited without our prior written permission.
- You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a licence to host and display it within our Services where you choose to share it.
Purchases, Pricing and VAT
Prices are shown in GBP. Where stated, prices include UK VAT. If VAT is not included, it will be calculated at checkout based on the billing details provided.
We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes where stated. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 25% of the course is completed.
- Payment methods are processed by our payment partners. You authorise us to charge your selected method for the amounts due.
- For subscriptions, charges recur according to the plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By starting to stream or download digital content during this period, you acknowledge that the right to cancel may be lost once full delivery begins.
- Where we offer a goodwill refund, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the proportion of content accessed.
- Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge, contact us first so we can help resolve it swiftly.
Delivery of Digital Content
Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment and account verification. Scheduled cohorts will begin on the advertised start date. We will notify you if there are material delays.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Our total liability to you for foreseeable loss or damage arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Services available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features to improve performance, security, or content quality. Where changes have a material adverse effect on paid content, we will provide notice and appropriate remedies.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers who are residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their respective courts.
